DECEMBER 2011, YOUR MONTH OF GRACE .
Dearly beloved, Compliments of the season, and welcome to December, 2011, our month of grace. As expected, you are already taking stock. I am sure you would have discovered that God has been good to you. Indeed, 2011 has been a year of complete turn-around. The fact that we are alive is ample proof of God’s goodness. But what about those expectations you had at the beginning of the year that have not been satisfied? And those projects you embarked upon that now seem abandoned?
Well, this might seem strange, but I want to congratulate you. Why? Because you are most qualified for what God is set to do in this season. Yes, it is your time! One month, one week, one day, one hour, is enough for God to effect a miracle that will amaze you. That’s why this month; He is making His grace abundantly available to you.
Our scripture for the month, Zechariah 4:6-10, reads: “So he answered and said to me: "This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the Lord of hosts. ’Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!" Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying: "The hands of Zerubbabel Have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you.” The grace of God will ensure that what your hands have started to build this year will be completed, in Jesus name! God’s grace will sustain, provide, deliver, promote, separate, comfort, redeem and perfect you. You will finish this year astoundingly well, in Jesus name. Do not resign yourself to fate, or abandon your efforts. Cast your net, like Peter, one more time into the deep, for there yet remains one great catch for you. The year was almost over for Abraham. He was in His twilight, but God showed up, at what looked like the last minute, and blessed Sarah with a child. He will come through for you. He is an expert at last minute miracles. So keep your expectations alive. Remain positive. God will not disappoint you. Take time right now, at least five minutes, to give thanks and rejoice before the Lord. Everywhere you go talk about what God is about to do in your life. Sing about it! Shout about it! Laugh about it! Dance about it! And until you get it, don’t stop. What the Lord is about to do in your life is awesome. It is time to get excited! Please write me as soon as the miracles begin to roll in so we can keep rejoicing together through the month and into the year 2012.
