Discovery for Women is a dynamic ministry dedicated to helping women to be the best God has ordained them to be. The ministry’s objective is to challenge, empower and motivate women to rise up and become who God has destined them to be in their various roles as wives, mothers and leaders.

The ministry started in 1998 by the visioner Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, the Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju,Lagos, Nigeria, and was anchored by his able, charismatic and amiable wife of blessed memory Pastor Bimbo Odukoya until her passing on to glory in Dec 2005.

Today the ministry is presided over by Pastor Taiwo Odukoya and has now evolved into four main areas designed to minister to the whole woman i.e. Spirit, soul and body.

DFW Rallies

These rallies hold quarterly and afford every woman the opportunity to meet with Jesus through his servant Pastor Taiwo. Each rally attracts over 3,000 women.

Nourish your Soul on the Web

Through the messages, devotionals, articles, inspirational poems and audio confessions, women can nourish their soul from the DFW website.

One on One with Pastor Taiwo

This is a medium that provides access to Pastor Taiwo for counseling through his email. Where needed, direct counseling can be arranged.

DFW Enhancement Programmes

In line with the vision of ministering to the whole woman, we hold enhancement programmes in conjunction with experts to help build every facet of the woman's life.

Available are DFW personal grooming programmes, marital issues tackling programmes through the "Let's Talk About It" forum, and Parenting enhancement skills programmes.

Also coming up before the end of December 2009 is the Discovery for young women aimed at mentoring young girls between the ages of 10 and 20 to grow up to be virtuous women.
